Peter Stone office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders can be placed via our secure website or by fax 24 hours a day. It is helpful when placing telephone orders to have order information written down including item number, any sizes, stone selection, quantity, etc. A Tax Resale Number must accompany first wholesale order. Minimum order value $400.00.
Most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days of receipt. A $27 charge may be added if “rush” delivery is requested. Refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

A return authorization (RA) number must be requested within 5 days of receiving an order and that number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Assortments must be returned as complete packages. A 20% restocking fee is charged for orders received without an RA number or for orders returned after 5 days limit. Credit will be issued upon inspection.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders returned if the customer makes error ordering and wants to return an item. Returns only, do not include exchange.

Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.
