We want to inspire and delight you with your jewelry purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer you the opportunity to return, exchange, and repair your jewelry (subject to meeting the requirements of our policies).
If you feel like the piece of Peter Stone Jewelry is not the perfect match for you, you are eligible for a 90-day exchange for other items in our store for the same price or higher. The exchange should be made within 90 days from the shipping date. While we will cover the cost of reshipping your new piece of jewelry, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping charge when returning to us.
Peter Stone Jewelry prides itself on its offer of Lifetime Jewelry Reconditioning. If you wish to have your jewelry repaired or reconditioned, send back your piece of jewelry anytime in reasonable condition. Peter Stone Jewelry will gladly take care of it free of charge (does not include shipping duty and tax if applicable). Peter Stone Jewelry will handle all repairs according to each case brought forward by the customer. Tell us how your Peter Stone Jewelry got worn down or damaged, give us the ability to republish your story, and we will gladly recondition your piece of jewelry.
Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 or email: email@example.com for return authorization and instructions before you return any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.
A return authorization (RA) number must be requested within 5 days of receiving an order and that number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Assortments must be returned as complete packages. A 20% restocking fee is charged for orders received without an RA number or for orders returned after 5 days limit. Credit will be issued upon inspection.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders returned if the customer makes error ordering and wants to return an item. Returns only, do not include exchange.
