This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized servicee, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. If our products do not conform to this guarantee, Peter Stone shall repair or replace the defective products.This g uarantee does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear or abuse as determined by Peter Stone Company.

A return authorization (RA) number must be requested within 5 days of receiving an order and that number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. A 20% restocking fee is charged for orders received without a return authorization number or for orders returned after 5 days. Credit will be issued upon inspection.
