Standard Orders
- Deposit required for all orders unless otherwise approved.
- A ProForma Invoice will be provided and it must be approved by customer before the order will be started.
- Ship date is 4-6 weeks after order is confirmed.
- Shipping by FedEx, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- Invoice and Airway Bill will be faxed/e-mailed to the customer immediately upon completion. Order will be shipped as soon as balance of payment is received or confirmed.
- Payment Terms: TT (money wire transfer in US currency) to Peter Stone Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. Wire transfer to: Peter Stone Co., Ltd. Siam Commercial Bank, Branch #347 Account #3473004712, ITSL Lad Krabang, Bangkok 10520 Thailand.
- GSP Form A (Certificate of Origin) supplied upon request.
- 100 piece/pair minimum, or a 50 piece minimum, depending upon style.
- $5 minimum order.
Pricing Structure
- Pricing runs approximately 35-50% of our USA wholesale price.
- For exact price quotes, please fax or e-mail item numbers you are interested in to our Bangkok office.
Deposits
- 30% deposit required after ProForma Invoice is approved (signed and returned) by customer.
- Special Orders (see below) 50% required after ProForma Invoice is approved (signed and returned) by customer
- Pre-Pay on an entire order receives 2% discount or RUSH status.
- Special arrangements, as approved by Peter Koslowski, will override any of these conditions.
Rush Orders
- Ship date is 2-3 weeks after ProForma Invoice is approved.
- Pre-Pay on entire order per ProForma Invoice required.
- No Pre-Pay, add 2.5% to total invoice for rush fee.
Special Orders
- This consists of any stamped items or any item requested by the customer not already a standard production item, or any item already being modeled for production / your own design.
- $20 if silver model is supplied and is usable without modification or touch-up.
- $35 if silver model is supplied and it requires modification or touch-up for use.
- $50 if a new silver model is required to be made, and is of a simple design, depending on size.
- $75 and up if a new silver model is required to be made, and is of a complicated design, or extensive rework needs to be performed on the model supplied, depending on size.
- Reduce model cost by 50% if exclusivity rights to the design are waived.
Ship date is 6-8 weeks after payment of deposit is received.
Half sizes for band rings: add 10%, depending on style and quantity.
No returns unless merchandise is defective. Credit only, no cash refunds.
