We offer flat rate shipping through the Untied States Postal Serivce starting at $4.46 for domestic (U.S. and Canada) retail orders.

We offer retail customers a no questions asked return policy. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of receipt (less shipping and handling charges).
Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 for return authorization and instructions before you return any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original envelope or other padded mailer.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders returned, if the customer makes error ordering and wants to return an item. Returns only, Does not include excahnge.
